At Preloved Closet, we strive to provide high-quality, preloved clothing to our customers.

Due to the unique nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind. However, we prioritize customer satisfaction and take utmost care in packaging and shipping our items.

EXCHANGE !

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will happily facilitate an exchange. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will promptly arrange for an exchange with a similar item of equal value or store credit.

Please note that;

– Exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective items. – Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached. – Store credit will be issued for exchanges, valid for 24 hours.
